Residents: *Emergency Repairs are only those needed to protect life and preserve property. Examples are Fire (Call First 911, then Emergency line), sewer back ups, flooding of the interior of the property, gas leaks (Natural Gas smells like rotten eggs), Unable to secure the doors. Examples of Repairs that are not considered Emergencies: Air Conditioner not working (except during periods of extreme weather), appliances malfunctioning, problems with neighbors, locked out of the property, clogged toilets, no hot water etc.
